1920’s German-made Vintage Violin

Fine quality violin made around 1920 in a German workshop. Labeled “Antonius Stradivarius Cremonenfis Faciebat Anno 1716″. Made from nicely flamed European maple with ebony fittings with Parisian eyes. Set-up with Dominant strings and French Aubert bridge. Excellent tone and condition.Being sold for local estate. Great tone. Excellent near mint condition. Has Dominant strings. This is the 2nd Henderson violin I have owned. I had been looking for 10 years for another one. I finally found this one. What a fine example of of this well known maker from the West Coast U.S.A.  Born 1901 Studied violin making under George Orth. Mr. Henderson owned the “Duke of Cambridge” Stradivarius and the “Jarnowich” Guarneri violin which he studied and used as models. Used his own oil varnish . Price On Request
